Estimated Shipping Times
- Orders are typically delivered within 10 - 14 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on orders over €50. A €5 shipping fee applies to orders below €50.
Duties and Import Fees
- EU & UK: No additional duties or taxes apply.
- International Customers: Import duties or taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status. If you have not received your tracking confirmation within a few days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@cuddlesheets.com with your order number.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or if it appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at admin@cuddlesheets.com. We will assist you in investigating with the courier.
