Damaged or Missing Item
If your Cuddle plushie arrive damaged or with any items missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll take care of it by producing and shipping a replacement or sending the missing items within 10 business days, at no cost to you.
30-Day Return Policy
You’re welcome to return your plushie friend within 30 days of delivery. Here's how it works:

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 1–5 business days after we receive your returned product. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to process and post the refund to your account.
